Acquisition of Dubbelman Group

We are pleased to announce that on Friday 29 July 2021, Dubbelman Group and Sogestran Group have signed an acquisition agreement to integrate Dubbelman Group into Sogestran Logistics, Sogestran Group’s multimodal business unit.
This combination creates an unparalleled multimodal service offering:
- The integration into Sogestran Logistics will bring renewal and modernisation opportunities for the Dubbelman fleet,
- Dubbelman will continue to provide its efficient and reliable services to customers, and will add frequent calls to Lauterburg Rhine Terminal, Sogestran Logistics’ pied-à-terre on the Rhine near Karlsruhe,
- Together, the two companies thus offer first-class multimodal services on all French waterways: the Seine, the Rhône, the northern French basin, as well as the entire Rhine basin,
- The seaports served are Marseille-Fos, Le Havre, Dunkirk, Zeebrugge, Antwerp, Rotterdam,
- A specialised fleet of more than 20 river units,
- Offices in Le Havre and Lage-Zwaluwe (halfway between Antwerp and Rotterdam).
